Video Games

I'm a gamer. Here are some screenshots from some video games I enjoy playing. In addition to playing games, I enjoy modding and hacking them and finding interesting tricks that the developers may not have ever expected or intended. I like to treat video games like Captain James T. Kirk treated the Kobayashi Maru.

StarCraft 2

Street Fighter IV Tournament

Street Fighter IV Tournament: I did not win, but it was fun.

Shinobi 2

Here I am beating Shinobi 2 on the Sega Game Gear.

Super Smash Brothers Brawl

When the game was released, I played through and beat the game in co-op with a friend.
Eight hours straight when the game was first released.

Super Smash Brothers Melee

A successful black hole glitch in SSBM for the GameCube. Accomplished with only two people.
Black hole glitch.

Guild Wars

Excellent teamwork. We've got him surrounded! I'm using water magic dealing powerful damaging spells that also slow the dragons movement.
Fighting the mighty dragon!

My monk/mesmer specializes in protection prayers and inspiration magic.
One of my better characters meditating.

SimCity 4

Max mayor rating, low unemployment, low pollution, low taxes, high education, excellent health care, massive transit system, international airport, industrial seaport, major league stadium, convention center, opera house, and zoo.
Lowe City. Not my largest, but my favorite.

SimCity 2000

Once a city in SC2K has enough Launch Arcos built they all launch into space.
Launched all Launch Arcos.

I had to build one too few Launch Arcos so they wouldn't launch with the rest being Plymoth Arcos.
City completely filled with arcologies.

Duke Nukem 3D

Classic FPS game. I'm happy it was open sourced. The game is so much more fun with 3D models instead of 2D sprites.
JFDuke3D with High Resolution Pack. No 2D sprites!

Ultimate Doom

This game had the best co-op. It's also great to finally play this game with a mouse and WASD.
jDoom with jDRP. Again, no 2D sprites!
